Electric Dreams Video was founded in December of 1999 by partners J.J. Booth and Kevin Gibson, graduates from Niagara College's Broadasting - Radio, Television and Film program. Predominantly a video production company, Electric Dreams made a name for itself by producing wedding and event video, corporate promotional and marketing videos, and offering a variety of video related services such as duplication and overseas tape conversions.Almost immediately, interest began to arise for new forms of media and related services, such as DVD production and web site development. This "New Media" helped to launch Electric Dreams into the new millenium as a powerful one-stop-shop for all forms of video and media related services. Over the next several years, Electric Dreams Video (or EDV as it is commonly called) continued to expand their ever-growing line of products and services by entering into the television and commercial production market, producing pilots for two original television series and several television and radio commercials for local clients.
Today, Electric Dreams is owned exclusively by Kevin Gibson, a team player who emphasizes a solid work ethic and dedication to his clients and employees over all else. In December of 2005, Electric Dreams launched its first major marketing campaign - Dream Anything - complete with a new look, a new website, and a new location. After six years of business, Electric Dreams is as strong as ever and ready to embark on a whole new journey of discovery.
